Don’t Let Uncertainty Paralyze You

Summary
 Many people go through a state of unproductive uncertainty,
but some can see their ways through such moments positively.
 This article talks about some points which were noticed, that
can help to develop own uncertainty capabilities.
1. Lets see bigger picture when we surrounded by such
unproductive uncertainty.
2. Broader mindset can change the discomfort of unproductive
uncertainty.
3. Think in terms of possibilities, not binary outcomes.
4. Possibilities always exist no matter what kind of situation
you are dealing with it
How can be Implement at an organization or
Individual level.
 There are so many sources of stress and uncertainty. But ill
discuss current situation which is Covid 19-Pendamic.
 So we all are in anxiety that when our cinema will open?, what
will be our salary in coming days?, there will be a recession
but we have to see bigger picture than this like we have time to
breath and time to think out of the box to develop ourselves
and our brand.
 As broader mindset we are reaching customer with social
media, SMS and Calls. At same time we are strengthening our
Process through training.
 Individual level we have to implement this time to develop
new skills.
 And there are more possible sessions are planned by Roshan
sir for us. So its nice to keep engage us new learnings.
