2. Sound Effects
We were going to use Toy Story by David Guetta at the
start, which is an instrumental track. We have decided not
to use this song anymore as it would make the film more
like a music video.
We will be using Garage Band to make some sound
effects

3. The Film
We first see a little girl skipping through the woods and she
stumbles across about 4 or 5 perfect looking human sized toys.
She admires these toys and suddenly sound effects start to play
and the toys move around. The track starts to jump and the toys
end up shaking.
The sound effects stop and the atmosphere changes as the toys
are not so perfect anymore (they will have cracked faces, ripped
clothes and red eyes)
The little girl starts to back away but trips up and lands on the
floor, the toys come towards her. (The camera is from her
perspective)
The toys start to close in on the camera and then the screen will
go black. This means that it will end on a cliffhanger so the
audience can decide what happens next.

4. Comparing the Markets
Horror
Thriller
We originally were going to do a Thriller film, which is more popular than Horror with a
higher number of tickets sold and market share. We are now doing a Horror because
our ideas progressed more into the Horror genre than Thriller.

5. Horror
Personally, we think that the Horror
Genre is not as popular as the Thriller
Genre because in the Top 25
Grossing Movies, 17 out of 25 are
rated R, which is limiting the size of
the audiences.
