Operating at a senior level within a defined market sector, you will build strong and lasting relationships with key decision
makers, working in partnership with them to understand their requirements and deliver a high quality, consultative recruitment
service.
Following a strong first half performance in 2013 we are looking to expand our Software team in London. You will be joining
a well established specialist team who deliver a mix of recruitment solutions including executive search and contingent
assignments at a senior level into the software sector. We work with both Global brands as well as start up companies and
assist them in building and developing their leadership teams. This is a vibrant sector and requires someone who is happy
identifying and developing senior relationships across a broad client base.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for technology and who wants to build a career in senior sales and
leadership recruitment. You do not necessarily have to have a track record in recruitment as we intend to train and
develop the successful candidate and support them in their career. We will also of course accept applications from
experienced recruiters, regardless of sector expertise, who want to move into software as a specialism.
