17. Odyssey 2010 GAMES SAFETY CRITERIA No running involved No flour involved No sticky substances i.e. ketchup, chilli etc. No violence, throwing of water bombs into face. If there are casualties, report immediately to the SC.
19. COV Finale. Odyssey 2010 At the Field 2 rounds – 20mins each round All 5 Houses will be playing each round 4 OGs per House per round Maximum 5 ships per House per round Aim: to involve every one of the OGMs.
20. COV Finale. Preparation. Odyssey 2010 All houses given House Strategising Time for planning. Houses build 2 Targets (1 for each round) Each OG picks 1 person as Admiral. Admirals in charge of the House’s attack and defence strategy. Remain at base to oversee. 1 Captain picked to head each ship. Captain gives directions and holds the OG’s House Emblem The base is provided with an initial supply of necessary ‘ammunition’, ‘weapons’ i.e. water bombs fully prepared.
21. COV Finale. Preparation. Odyssey 2010 OGMs (min 10 OGMs) form boundary of 1 ship by locking arms with each other. OGMs (min 5 OGMs as crew members) in 1 ship assume roles such as engineers, attackers, defenders.
22. COV Finale. Game play. Odyssey 2010 Each ship moves off from base. Ships defend targets by attacking ships of other houses. Ships that have their ‘ship engine’ destroyed are declared shipwrecked and have to start over from their base.
23. COV Finale. Odyssey 2010 Once a house destroys another house’s target, both of them are allies. Objective: To destroy opponent House's Target. The last House standing with the most number of ships will win House Points.

Aim: state that this year’s orientation, not all the OGMs got to play in the finale round
Each OG’s admiral will form an Admiral Group. HST: where each house will allocate the various roles, decide on the no. of ships to send out, which house to attack etc. In each half, there will be 4 Admirals. Water bombs are fully prepared. Once the OGs finish their supply of water bombs, they have to replenish their supply by purchasing logistics from the Councillors.
Elaborate on engineers, water bombers, defenders roles. Engineers holds a large sheet of paper horizontally, which is known as the ship’s engine.Attackers = water bombers.Defender = given umbrellas. Defend the ship
To prevent them from advancing and destroying their own targets. So for example, callisto is trying to attack triton. They have to ensure that the target at triton’s base is destroyed. So callisto’s ships have to advance towards triton’s base. In order to defend themselves, triton has to attack callisto’s ships.HOW TO DESTROY SHIPS: destroy ship engine – means the papers that the engineers or ogms are holding is torn. Ships are declared shipwrecked. They have to retrieve a new sheet of paper from their base and start all over.
So example, saycallisto successfully destroy’s triton’s target. Callisto and triton are now allies. Both houses can send out a total of 10 ships altogether.
First Aid: 2 teams of first aiders.2 people each, 2 stretchers. Logistics: like moving canteen tables which act as the House bases.There is bound to be a lack of manpower. So during the finale, we will need the help of OGLs in charge of the COV station games
