1. The game is called "Hunt for the Man" and involves freshmen working as a team to locate an OGL dressed in specific clothes who is roaming a nearby mall based on clues. 2. The objectives are to teach teamwork and getting the freshmen to locate the OGL and bring them back to the game station within 10 minutes. 3. Safety measures include instructing freshmen to stay together and not jaywalk or run in the mall. A wet weather alternative would move the game station under shelter near the mall.
