Kara,
Below is an organized breakdown of the development process for the Pharmaceutical Vision System per
your instructions on Monday, May 2, 2011. Please review and accuracy and content prior to our next
meeting scheduled on Wednesday, May 11. 2011. Feel free to email or call with any questions or edits that
should be reflected by our next meeting.
If the below structured list of project deliverables and activities reflects all of your requirements, then on
Wednesday we take this structured list and develop a Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM). The RAM
describes relationships among parties involved in a project to establish responsibility, support functions,
notification requirements, and approval requirements for every work package in the project. It will be the
primary document used to establish communication channels among project stakeholders, including the
project team members.
