2. Who we are
The Team Box team was born out of our desire to bring
something new and professional to the Romanian
training market, where team building is too often
mistaken for the simple recreation together with the
job colleagues.
Behind this name, there is a well trained and
experienced team of psychologists, human resources
consultants, trainers of the Romanian Caving
Federation and scuba divers.
What we believe in
a team building journey
Having the privilege to have met several wonderful
persons from whom we have learned a whole lot, we
now sincerely believe in and apply this philosophy:
Each human being has value and dignity as a
person. Sometimes we may not like or accept
the others’ actions, but we will always accept
their essence as human beings.
People can make changes in their lives, if they
decide so. Personal development is possible for
everyone, regardless of their age.
In order that we have good interpersonal
relationships, it’s healthy to base them on
contracts – verbal or written understandings,
where both parts equally take responsibilities in
their approach to common goals.

Having as our core a team of creative and fun loving psychologists, we
offer original team building programs and horse facilitated personal
development programs
The most wanted team building programs
Da Vinci or Picasso?
Both Da Vinci and Picasso would be very glad if you followed
their footsteps!
In this program each participant contributes to a “work of art”.
Each team paints a part of a picture, independent of the other
teams. In the end, the paintings are all put together to create a
unique piece of art. Participants will be surprised to see that
a team building journey
even though they worked separately, the result was coherent.
The painting may be kept at your headquarters to recall the fine
day when cooperation did much more than competition!
This program can be delivered all year long. It is recommended to medium or large
groups (40-80 persons).
The Oscars
Each cinema crew works separately to create a short movie
on a given theme. They have plenty of time to
write the script, rehears, create costumes and shoot the
movie. The Premiere is the much awaited moment
when each participant will shine like a real cinema star!
When people see they are valued by those around them,
they are more determined to rise up to these persons’ expectations.
This program can be delivered all year long. It is recommended to medium (30-60
persons).
4. The most wanted team building programs
Corporate Social Responsibility programs
Refurbishing a school that children will enjoy more, brings
immense satisfaction to the participants, enhances the
feeling of belonging to that group and on the market it
brings a positive image to the company that involves in such
projects.
This program can be delivered all year long. It is recommended to large
groups (80-120 persons).
The mysteries of Hades’s world
There is a world beneath the one we step on. A world uncovered
yet.
The ceiling gets closer and closer to the ground. Somewhere at
a team building journey
a distance there is an underground river. The light on the
helmet dies out... Success is only possible through
cooperation!
Once out in the day light, we will give a different meaning to the encouragements
that came from behind the helmets or to the „helping hand” given by the
colleagues. And on the next occasion, we will be more inclined to cooperate
and support them.
This program can be delivered all year long. It is recommended to small groups (max. 30 persons),
who have participated in other team buildings before.
Searching for the treasure
Finding a treasure can bring a great joy, regardless of age or
gender!
This program is a wonderful occasion to reward your
employees with small or big presents hidden in the treasure
chest.
In order to find the treasure, the teams will have to put
together the pieces of a map they win during the day.
The surprises won’t cease to happen and solving clues will be
paramount.
This program can be delivered all year long. It is recommended to groups of any size (split in at
least two teams).
5. Future team building programs
The Big Brother’s house
Two teams share a house and a yard. It depends
only on their implication if, at the end of the
day, they enjoy dinner and clink crystal glasses
or fall asleep under the blue sky, by the camp
fire.
This program is recommended during the summer time, to small groups (max. 22
persons).
• Survivors

While at sea, the ship sinks! The air that’s left
is not enough to afford waiting for the rescuers.
The team has to reunite all efforts to be able to
reach surface.
This program is recommended during summer, to small groups (max. 22 persons).
1 team, 4 wheels
Have you ever thought how it would be like to
share a car’s driving commands with the other
passengers? Well, we did! And it’s not at all
easy to turn the steering wheel to the right and
have the car turn left, or to want to speed up
and be surprised you stop!
This program can be delivered all year long. It is recommended to medium groups (max.
45 persons).

7. Horses who teach
leadership
Horse assisted education
it is a method used for more than 15 years in the world, now
for the first time in Romania.
Why horses?
because horses have the ability to mirror our behaviour: they
are very alert, sensitive and sincere, not knowing politeness or .
they live in herds and thus they have a natural need to follow a
leader who knows clearly where he or she wants to go.
“horses make the best leadership teachers, because they are
the best followers. When we study what followers follow, we
will know what makes great leaders great!" – Paul Hunting.
How does the program work?
a team building journey
All activities are ment to reproduce real life scenarios from the
work place. Through each exercise participants have to
convince the horses to follow them on different routes with
obstacles. The horse will react in exactly the same way the
participant has acted, thus reflecting the participant’s
leadership style and the way it is perceived by the others
around.
If you succeed in making a horse trust and follow you, you can
do the same with people! We can easily learn from horses to
have authority, without being authoritarian!
All activities are recorded, replayed and analyzed in detail
together with our team of specialists.
By examining our own behavior, we become more aware of the
relational patterns we frequently use that prevent us from being
effective.
By examining the horse’s behaviour – reaction or lack of reaction
toward us – we can better understand what relating and influencing
methods work on others.
Thus, the lessons learnt in the presence of horses can easily be
transferred to the professional life and can bring positive
behavioural change.
