2. Right to education is an important point in
constitution of India. Right to education is
associated to life with dignity. RTE tabled in
the year 2002 as 86th constitutional
amendment act. The act also associated with
art 51(a) of fundamental duties. Supreme
Court of India in the year 1993 give a
judgement where he recognised RTE as a
fundamental right. In the year 2009 the act
was passed and added in FR as article 21a.
