by Sam at the bar shows
higher class and portrays
her ‘stuck up’
personality. The mirror
makes her look vain in
front of the bartender
who is very impatient.

• The phone was used by
Sam whilst her
conversation with the
bartender. The
expensive phone shows
elegance and wealth
which shadowed the
mirror of conveying a
‘stuck up’ personality.

• The red rose portrays a
sign of romance. This
was emphasized by the
colour red. This is used
as a symbol for Sam to
recognise her mystery
blind date so this plays a
key part in the short film.
