appropriate infrastructure along with all the required facilities for attracting investors in potential
sectors like non-polluting industries
3) Development of urban infrastructure – Developing residential / retail and commercial
infrastructure areas, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Primary Health Centres & other Social
amenities etc
4) Transport Linkages -
- Develop Road Connectivity - Expressway through PPP connecting important
destinations
- Airport - Invest in airport development on BOT basis
- Other internal connectivity - Adequate connectivity to Main highways and
transport linkages between clusters
5) Social Commitment – Rehabilitate displaced population & other social responsibilities
