What is aap3’s experience with Cisco TelePresence?
  aap3 has been supporting Cisco TelePresence since its inception in 2005. With a large
  footprint of TelePresence accredited engineers. We have been supporting one of the
  largest Cisco TelePresence estates for 3 years and are now implementing Cisco TelePresence
  demonstrations that are used to showcase the technology at networking meetings and
  events.




 Where does aap3 have Telepresence skilled engineers?
 aap3 have a number of TelePresence accredited engineers. They are based in Europe (UK,
 France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy, Israel, Poland, Switzerland,
 Russia, Belgium), the Middle East (Dubai), and South Africa. In addition there is a group of
 engineers in the UK who can travel to wherever there is a TelePresence need and we also
 have Cisco TelePresence project managers based in the US.




  What can the engineers do?
  The aap3 TelePresence accredited engineers can install, setup and tune the suite of Cisco
  TelePresence systems from the single screen 500 to the multi screen 3200 system. This means
  that they can support TelePresence meetings, ensuring that the technology is in good
  working order, optimised for the best possible results and troubleshooting problems should
  there be issues.

  In addition, our senior engineers can design systems, ensuring that both the technology and
  its environment (the room) give best results.

We have been supporting one of the largest Cisco TelePresence estates for 3 years and are now implementing Cisco TelePresence demonstrations that are used to showcase the technology at networking meetings and events.
