Eduard Vidal De Palol has worked from 2006 to 2015 at Reixach i Torner SL in Olot (Catalonia,
Spain). Eduard’s work places at the company included restaurants, hotels, bars and food
factories. He was present at the weekends and also eventual required days at the La Deu
Restaurant, working mostly as a waiter, but also in different facilities of the company, and he
was never absent when being on duty. It has been our pleasure to work with Eduard Vidal De
Palol with his solid work ethic and understanding of catering trade principles. We consider
ourselves very fortunate to have had the opportunity of working with Eduard, and recommend
him without hesitation.
Over these years of working at Reixach i Torner SL, Eduard focused his activities on providing
food, beverages, and accommodation services, including serving at important political events,
as well as planning and serving events with hundreds of guests.
Eduard was closely involved in every aspect of the event organisation and showed the following
skills:

 Capability of working well under stress or time pressure
 Increasing the staff’s efficiency by giving clear orders and integrating himself well in
the team
 Making good decisions in short time situations
Eduard always exhibited the highest standard of professionalism, and constantly looked for
ways to improve our planning and serving. His communication style was clear, direct and polite
in every situation, even when faced with conflicting demands and an intense amount of
pressure.
