The gallsatones (GS) are a common health problem. It affects 10-20% of
adult populations. Typically, 90% of cases are asymptomatic; however,
when it symptomatic the patient may has one or more of the following
signs and symptomes. First, pain in right upper quadrant, coloicky in
nature and radiates to the right shoulder, which usually following a faty
meal. Second, Jaundice the yellowish eye discoloration, dark urine, and
pale stool. Third, fever that may reache 38-39 C when GS cause an acute
cholecystitis.
In brief, GS is a common disease and has a broad spectrum of signs and
symptomes mainly pain and jaundice.
