• Volkswagen Group India, the Indian subsidiary is a part of
Volkswagen AG.
• It has its headquarters in Pune, Maharashtra (India).
• Volkswagen Group is represented by three brands in India:
Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda.
• The Indian journey began with the launch of SKODA in 2001. Audi
and Volkswagen entered in 2007, while Lamborghini and
Porsche were introduced in 2012.

• Employee satisfaction is a measure of how happy workers are with their job
and working environment.
• Keeping morale high among workers can be tremendous benefit to any
organization.
• To increase employee satisfaction, many companies will have mandatory
survey or face to face meeting either employees to gather information.
• Both of these tactics have pros and cons and should be chose carefully.
Surveys are often annoying allowing workers more freedom to be honest
without fear.

• Many experts believe that one of the best ways to maintain employee
satisfaction is to make workers feel they are part of the family or team.
• Holding Office Events such as parties and group outings can help
close bonds among workers
• In every interaction with management, employees should be treated
with courtesy and interest.

• Login method in system with employee id and password.
• Survey for employees to check whether employees in department are satisfied.
• We had given responsibility to fill the questionnaire.
• This questionnaire willing to check the employee satisfaction with their work in company and whether it has values in
society for work they are doing.
• Whether the employee had good trainer for teaching and evaluating their work?
• Whether employee gets reward for their good work in department and their satisfaction with it?
• Whether company has good relation with their suppliers of other products?
11. STRONG WORK ETHICS
• Company regulations with employee attire is strict.
• Regular work reporting.
• We had created groups of total members for work division so that neither
the shift of employee (i.e. grey shift and blue shift) will be missed within
lunch break.
TEAMWORK
• Effective coordination between the group members.
TIME MANAGEMENT
• Company rules of employee in-out timing is good.
• Completing the work in given time period.
12. CONCLUSION
• As a part of our project work, I got an opportunity to spend a period of Thirty days in VOLKSWAGEN
PVT. LTD.
• It helped me to analyze the working of the organization which helped us to convert our theoretical
knowledge into practical.
• It is indeed necessary for any organization to understand the need of their employees and fulfill them
before they leave the organization.
• If nothing is done by the organization then there are chances to loose talented employees from any
organization to its competitors.
• Hence it is necessary for any organization to ensure employees satisfaction.
