 I have had worked in Wheel Force Center in Rajouri Garden, in West Delhi, an
authorized service-center of Bosch India Ltd. and also a service-center of passenger
cars as an Asst. Technician from April-2008 to October-2008.
 I have had worked in METALTECH MOTORS PVT. LTD. in Vasundhara Enclave in
East Delhi, an authorized service-center of SML ISUZU LTD ( Heavy Commercial
Vehicles) as Floor Supervisor from 05-02-2009 to 10-02-2014.

2. PROFILE HISTORY
 In Wheel Force Center, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-27, I worked there (for six
months) as an Asst. Technician, that was my training session after completion of my
study where my job was routine servicing of passenger cars.
 In Metaltech Motors Pvt. Ltd., Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi-96, I worked there as a
Floor Supervisor where my job profile was to allotment of technicians and
distribution to job among different technicians according to the faults in different
vehicles.

 Allotment of Technicians according to the faults in the vehicle & according to the
ability of technician to sort out those faults in the vehicle.
 Concentrate the quality servicing of the vehicle while allotment of technician so that
maximum situations of repeat repair might get reduced.
 Distribution to job among different technicians according to the job work in the
vehicles in such a way to satisfy the customers with the service of a particular
organization, so that they may not quit the service center with dissatisfaction and may
further come in our service center with a great satisfaction.
