• Ensuring statutory compliance under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956; 2013, E-Voting-Postal ballot--
Dividend. MCA e-filings ROC/RD/MCA liaison especially for Managerial Rem. for expats.
• Large Scale SEBI Compliances for Listed Company, Delisting Reg, Buyback Reg, Pre FPO activities- finalizing offer
document with Lead Managers, In-principle approval from SEBI, Stock Exchange under ICDR Regulations, 2009, Insider
Trading, SAST, various certificates and undertakings. Finalizing and implementation of ESOP Scheme. Adept in handling
Buy Back of Shares and associated compliances for MNC.
