This document outlines a course on Computational Fluid Dynamics. The course is divided into 6 units covering topics like developing governing equations for fluid flow, discretizing equations, and solution techniques. Students will learn numerical concepts and how to apply finite difference methods to fluid flow problems. The weekly schedule lists class times as 8:30-10 AM on Tuesdays through Fridays.  Unit V:Solution of discretized linear algebraic

3. Learning outcomes
 At the end of the course, the students will be able
to:
 Understand the basic principles of mathematics and
numerical concepts of fluid dynamics.
 Develop governing equations for a given fluid flow
system.
 Apply finite difference method for fluid flow and heat
transfer problems.
 Solve computational fluid flow problems using finite
difference/volume techniques.
 Get familiarized to modern CFD software used for the
analysis of complex fluid-flow systems
