I had an extra ponderosa coupon laying around that was nearing its expiration date and it was my
buddies birthday in a couple days so i decided to call the other guys and ask them if they thought we
shout use it and treat our brother for his special day. They agreed right away. We all arrived at the
restaurant in good time and proceeded to our table. We started off with a couple pitchers of our
favorite beer and looked over the menus while we were munching on the chips and salsa. We all
pretty much like the same thing so we settled on the ribeye with shrimp and a baked potato with

end of the evening.
The Company
The Ponderosa restaurant chain was started by one one of the actors in the
Bonanza television series. He opened his first location back in 1963. They quickly
got a good reputation for top quality steaks at a fair price. As the great
reputation of their chain spread from town to town they began opening more
locations. Today they boast over 200 locations all across the United States.
