Humanitarian work
I have worked with Hearts Afire and Hand of Hope international medical mission outreaches to
provide medical services to underserved populations in northern Uganda
I also spent more than three years training and working in war torn northern Uganda immediately
towards the end insurgence. This experience equipped me with skills in managing and
coordinating skills in complex emergency. On this experience, I developed strong compassion
for the disadvantaged communities. It also gave me a feel of what it is like to work in insecure
complex emergency settings
