Business Name & Location: Employee Station. It is in, Address: 34/1, Mudafa West, Amina
Tower, Dhanmondi 27 Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Industry & Type: Our business is basically a Profit-making organization owned by five
partners, each one of them specialized in their own role. The business will run in partnership and
the profits will be divided equally among owners. The operations of the company will be
managed by the owners.
Employee Station is the first HR tech startup in Bangladesh planning to launch in 2023 that
aims to provide top recruitment services for Bangladeshâs local & international companies also
with helping to make the youths prepared for tomorrow by giving them top notch training &
development for their careers. The unemployment rate in Bangladesh is much higher than the
given statistics of news & surveys. So, it's understood that they're highly educated
but haven't been ready to enter the work market thanks to lack of proper skills. The main
causes of unemployment are Fragile Education System, Lack of skill development.
We are the only youth based dedicated job platform which focuses on getting young,
promising talents recruited. On the other hand, we are providing cloud-based HR SaaS
(Software as a service) platform for companies which automates all administrative tasks in
order that they can specialize in growing their business.
It is unfortunate, but true, that most Bangladeshi graduates have received no or only rudimentary
training. They have typically spent their academic lives memorizing books, as a result of which
they have become completely disconnected from career-oriented education and the skills
required for a bright future. That is why Employee Station is going to make a better feeling of
life by giving our recruitment process services through cloud-based HR SaaS (Software as a
service) platform for companies. By this new feature companies can recruit employees by
seeing the data of employees. And, for the youth Employee Station has Training &
Development section where we will help you in improving your performance and achieving your
organization's business objectives as developing new skills allows a person to be more
productive at work or to handle a variety of responsibilities and challenges.
The growth plan of Employee Station is to make profit by the end of first year. In terms of legal
considerations structure of the business will determine the financial responsibility of the shop.
We needed TkâĻ. taka to start our business. As this is a partnership business, each of our 5
partners have invested TkâĻ. lakhs each and other TkâĻlakhs needed from the investor.
According to our income statement we will be making a net Profit/Loss of TkâĻ. during the first
financial year 2022 and a net profit of TKâĻâĻ. during the second financial year 2023. Overall
Employee Station will therefore benefit the entire nationâs economy by improving its standard
of living, rate of employment and rate of economic growth.

the ongoing pandemics issue. Employee hub is website and application-based. As a company,
we want to reach as many people as we can through our application software. Our business is a
B2C business where service will directly be consumed by an individual person or company to
fulfill its purpose. Our main mission is to make experienced youth for a better future through our
services at a very top level in the following years. Our Vision is to see Bangladesh at zero
unemployment rate & becoming the leading organization for HR services in Bangladesh for local
and foreign companies. With Bangladesh becoming more and more digitalized this is the
opportunity for our firm to build our foundation as the leading HR service provider. We want to
become a household name for the companies & students when it comes to recruitment and

Our business is a partnership business where our partners will contribute initially for starting up
the business. We have chosen partnership business for the following reasons:

CEO: MUSADDIQUL HOQ
â As a CEO, or chief executive officer, he is our companyâs highest-ranking executive. His
primary duty is to keep an essential fit between the corporate assets and outside variables. Heâs
leading the whole organization and responsible for the development, progress and
implementation strategy. Obligations incorporate running of the general everyday tasks,
mechanical and operational adequacy, and monetary solidness.
CFO: ARIN KHONDOKAR
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of an organization has essential duty regarding the
arranging, execution, overseeing and running of all the account exercises of an organization,
including business arranging, planning, anticipating and dealings. She performs financial
analysis and directs investment plans and strategies. She is directly involved in making major
decisions of the company which affects development and long-term goals of the company.
HR Manager: JOHORA NUR TRISHNA
â She plays a central role of the company. She is the head of all kinds of human resource
activities and planning of the company. She is professional at organising, developing,
communication, expertise, and leadership. She has the vital control on co-ordinating recruitment,
on boarding newcomers, training and developing the employees, determining salaries and
providing all the required support to run the whole system.
Head of Marketing: ASIF FAYSAL
- Head of Marketing responsibilities include incorporate creating plans to help build up our
image, distributing assets to various ventures and setting present moment and long-haul division
objectives. He is responsible for website activities, internet advertising, stock combination,
marketing, advancements, and brand support. He will be working with office accomplices to
oversee the business-like Commercial center, methodology, the board, conjectures, and results.
IT Manager: MEHNAZ JAHAN
â He manages all kind of digital data management, operating, troubleshooting and cyber security
solution. He has management skills along with the technical skills. He is responsible for
developing and managing data, data recovery, protection, and software development. He plays an
important role to ensure the functionality and security of website and application.
11. EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

-The CEO has finished his bachelorâs degree in Human Resources Management from IUB and
MBA on Human Resources Management & Marketing from University of Toronto. He has 3
years of experience with ALI BABA as Head of Human Resources Manager and 1 year of
experience with Daraz Bangladesh as Head of Human Resources Manager. He is overall
responsible to run the company efficiently and carry out all management factors decision
maker of all works of EMPLOYEE HUB.
CFO- (ARIN KHONDOKAR)
âThe CFO has finished his undergraduate in BBA â Finance department from IUB, University
of Dhaka. He has working experience with Southeast Bank Limited as senior executive officer
for 2 years. His responsibility is to identify and eliminate risk factors, prepare budget and
doing all financial operations of Employee Hub.
HEAD OF MARKETING â (ASIF FAYSAL)
â He has finished his bachelorâs degree from Independent University, Bangladesh on
Marketing. He has worked with several renowned marketing agencies of Bangladesh.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER â (JOHORA NUR TRISHNA)
She has finished his bachelor from the Human Resource Management department of
University of Dhaka. MBA on Human Resources Management & Marketing from University of
Toronto He has work experience of 3 years as Senior Executive, Of Munshi HR Solution.
IT MANAGER â (MEHNAZ JAHAN) He has completed his bachelorâs degree in Computer Science
& Engineering from Independent University, Bangladesh.

designed especially for University Students.

The Human Resources Industry is made up of a diverse group of companies that
offer a variety of job placement and workforce solutions to businesses in a variety
of industries. Although company-specific factors influence these service providers'
operating results, macroeconomic and labor-market conditions are also important.
When considering an investment in the Human Resources Industry, it's critical to
keep an eye on the national and global economies. Bangladesh's government has
begun to prioritize the concept of human development in its planning and policies.
Human Resource industry is evolving in Bangladesh.
The Positive and Negative factors/trends that can be beneficial for the
business for all the following environments:
Political Factors: The political factors we are dealing with are government
policies, labor laws, And political stability. Because in our business, on the one
hand, we must deal with business organizations that are looking for employees, on
the other hand, we must deal with newly graduated students who have no
experience in corporate life. And they are looking for a job. So, we must work with
them by the contract of companies under level laws because they are recruiting
employees from our institution. If there is political instability, our business partners
cannot do their business well and make no profit so they might lay off our certified
employees.
Economic Factors: The current economy is experiencing inflation. Now
businesses donât want to pay too much still the demand for employees' salaries is
much higher than what companies pay. Our company will try to do negotiations for
our certified students so they can get a good salary.
16. Many economic factors act as external constraints on a business, hence firms
have little, if any, control over them. The following are the Microeconomic
factors-
īŧ Demand- The demand for job is getting very high in Bangladesh.
īŧ Taxes-The taxation rate for business in Bangladesh is currently 30% for
companies.

īŧ Inflation- The average inflation rate for any country is 2%. In
Bangladesh the inflation rate in 2018 was 7.74% and in 2019 7.87%. The inflation
rate has only increased by 0.13% meaning the countryâs economy faces creeping.
However, the rate of inflation will bring about changes in the
purchasing power of the consumers.
īŧ Consumer discretionary income- If consumer discretionary income is
high, they will be able to afford more of our services which will in turn
benefit our firm.
īŧ Savings rates- Generally saving rates in Bangladesh is 7.5%. This clearly
indicates that
consumers receive fewer rewards from saving which is why they will spend more
on
consume services like ours instead. Hence this will affect our business in a positive
way.
īŧ Unemployment rate- The current unemployment rate of Bangladesh is
around 4.7%. The economy is still very close to full capacity and the
purchasing power of consumers are still high. So, there will not be any major
impact on our business by unemployment rates.

of Bangladesh is advancing everyday as the government itself is playing a vital
role in digitalizing Bangladesh. The recent growth of Internet Usage in
Bangladesh is making the business field swifter and more reliable. Our services are
of the present and more of the future.
Society and Culture Environment: Society and culture environment is important
for our country and business. In Bangladesh people discriminate and judge people
by their work and salary, especially in case of men. But the aspects are changing
gradually, now both men and women goes to work, and the work demand is more
than ever. So, it is beneficial for us as well as for the countryâs economy if the
society evolves in modern way.
Legal and Political Environment
To start a company in this industry in Bangladesh, companies need to fulfill some
of the criteria allotted to them by the government like: Trade license, bank account,
TIN Certificate, Vat license and many more things.
For business to thrive, political stability is required. If the political environment is
unstable, people may feel insecure, which will have a negative impact on our
business because if people do not buy our product because of political uncertainty,
our income will suffer.
Natural or Geographical Environment:
If our company is located near our target customer, we can benefit from the
natural or geographic environment. However, issues such as traffic or urban
flooding (during the monsoon) cannot be a negative way for our business as

only B2C type business. We are different from them because we not only collect
CVs from those who are job hunting rather, we trained them and certified them
then we represent them to our partner companies who are recruiting
