Dhaka City College, Department of Business Administration Organizes business plan
competition. For this competition we have projected “Pigmento Paintish” removable car paint
service whose main purpose is to offer cheaper alternative whole car paint, which can be pealed
of after a certain period time. Thus we are the group “Eleven Adorit” very keen and interested
to present our proposed business plan. We will offer the unique paint called plasti dip, which
is a rubberized paint for cars, vehicles. Through our smart projection and hard work, we will
able to take our business to the next level. Our financial plan is given below:

Introduction
Bangladesh is a developing country with huge natural resources. Unlike others the present
economic situation of our country is not so good enough as it can be. It is mainly for our
political and economic imbalance. In Bangladesh people are not interested to work with new
business ideas. Here people always follow the traditional line up of business which is very
common. Through Dhaka City College Intra Department Business Plan Competition we are
presenting a unique business plan which we think may be able to change our opinion about
business and develop our creativity. Plasti Dip is a flexible, rubberized and protective coating
that has recently been developed and manufactured. It has a wide variety uses in auto repairs
to serve as a coating for tools and parts. If you want to change the color of your car, you usually
need deep pockets. But here the cost to repaint your car or restore the paint is cheaper, easy to
apply, and more accessible for the DIY crowd. When you're done with the dip or want to change
colors, you peel it off. You can change the color of your car every season for less than the price
of a single paint job.
Methodology
Our course instructor has guided us to do a business plan study on removable Car Paint Service
known as palsti dip. The concepts and definitions have been taken using qualitative method of
data collection. We have used E-Books, articles, internet search result and journals for our
analysis. Before using data, we have investigated that if the data are suitable, adequate, &
reliable or not. We have used both primary and secondary data from following sources.
 Other official reports.
 Designing a questionnaire.
 Research published at online.
 Consulting with experienced people.
 Through Online journals.
 Through Statistical data.
To prepare this project and printing we have also used Ms Office word 2007, Ms Power point,
Open office, Adobe Photoshop as software.
Limitations
At the time of preparing the report we faced a lot of limitations. Some of those are given below:
 At first lack of experience.
 As it is a unique business plan, we faced problems to generate ideas.
 Communication problem among the group members.

Market Summery
A detailed review of important influencing factors and how they affect end user markets are
called market summery. In Bangladesh the demand for colorful painting for vehicles is
increasing day by day. Many organizations started to work with it and many of them have
become market leader. People’s choice is changing with time and now people want to paint
their vehicles using plasti-dip. But unfortunately many painting corporations use plasti-dip
spray, interior trim and materials which is being imported. But we believe that we can also
design & color with powder coating rear Valence with our nearby things which are available
and lower in price. The current situation of plasti-dip car painting sector in Bangladesh is really
very hopeful. But there is a huge competition among the competitors. As a business we can get
total support from banks and other monetary organizations. We can easily set up our business.
There is a huge demand of painting car in our country. But some obstacles are still making
issue such as: lack of governmental help, competition, budget of the clients and lack of
promotion are the main obstacles. But considering all the odd facts, it is the most innovative
and creative position of business.
So it can be sure that anyone can take the challenge of this competitive service sector. The
market can be measured with available materials supplier & leading competitors & time of
using.
i. Materials suppliers: Though we are using our own country materials the
availability of our suppliers seems good. And we are sure that we will get our
materials in a reasonable price. Probably not as good as the real thing, but its way
cheaper and easy to remove and/or replace.
ii. Leading competitors: To establish a business, every organization has to face
competition with leading competitors. Now in Bangladesh every car painting sector
is working with their unique ideas. So we will have to work with new concepts and
ideas. We have to know what actually clients need and also their budget. If we get
succeeded working with new ideas in a low price it can be sure that we will get total
access over the market.
iii. Time of using: Use it one time and you will be looking for "anything" to keep using
it. Great for doing all your wheels for winter driving. Come spring, just find a little
area and pull it off. Use it on the rear differential for that "different" look. Use it on
your car, outside stuff, etc. They only make so many colours and then you can order
a "kit" to mix and match your own colours. Fantastic stuff.
Today you will find PLASTI DIP available at nearly every automotive, hardware, home center,
discounter and online retailer. To prepare for the next phase of growth in 2016 and beyond
Plasti Dip has created 2 separate and distinctly different websites to better serve its diverse

customer base. Plastidip.com (and social media site dipheadsunite.com) is focused specifically
on home use consumer’s markets while PerfomixCoatings.com is focused specifically on
industrial markets and manufacturers. Along with new websites, several new products are
being launched including new colors, finishes and low VOC 50 state compliant PLASTI DIP
Spray 50 for automotive refinishing professionals and home users located in VOC restrictive
areas of the country. New and exciting things are happening at Plasti Dip.

2.1 General Description
Pigmentopaintish refers to color for painting. It is a partnership business which will provide
vehicle painting service which is unique from others. Its main concern is to provide customers
satisfaction through giving custom paint job which is known as palsti dip. With the peelable
paint industry and products becoming more and more accessible these days, we thought why
not give the customer everything they need in one neat package. It is a paint which is 56%
cheaper and can be applied on the existing paint surface of any vehicle like Personal car,
Commercial vehicle, Bus, Bike. These types of paint can be easily removable like stickers and
repairable through spray. This type of paint job protects any car from rust, scratch, corrosion
and reflects anyone’s choice. People who wants to protect their cars with beautiful colors, put
their brand logo graphics into car, are our main target customers. It has created a DIY dip kit
which includes everything needed to complete a full vehicle color change in its amazing matte
finish.It’s not just another brand that’s been relabeled or are we providing any cheaper, less
professional products available in today’s market. We manufacture all our own products from
the ground up using only the best materials available. This is how it can guarantee you that
when using its removable coatings, you will find it impossible to find fault. If applied correctly
using the instructions and expertise provided, you can get a factory finish high gloss paint
finish. Your finish will be determined by the process you take.

2.2 Industry Background
After the Economic boom of 80s of our country, people started to use cars rapidly. For this
reason, many car repair shops and paint shops were opened to meet up the need of our country.
Big cities as Dhaka, Chittagong and Khulna The number of private cars are high in amount. So
the car owners should maintain their cars because Bangladeshi people can afford cars only at
once or twice. So they need to repair, repaint their car to extend its useful life. On the other
hand, commercial vehicle should need attractive paint work for their customer’s satisfaction.
Now very few repair shops Offer paint service, and the concept we are working on, removable
car paint job had never done before. Plasti-Dip is resistant to sun fading, winter ice, cold, and
salt. It is also a durable yet removable substance that will peel off when we decide to pay for a
real paint job. Car dip is a rubber based peelable paint designed specifically for the automotive
industry. All our products come pre-mixed and ready to spray straight from the tin. Simply
degrease the surface you require dipping and start spraying. It has a much lower risk of running
than conventional paints so even the novice sprayer can achieve an excellent finish.
It has now become the Number One product for Temporary Vehicle Color Changes. The Liquid
Wrap we supply or Dip as it’s known is quicker and cheaper to apply, it is also a much more
impressive and durable finish meaning you can have more profit whilst giving your customer
a higher standard job.

always present a positive public image and make our establishment one that will please the

unhygienic restaurant for lunch or dinner.

students, tourist and other peoples.

 Paint Protection: Plasti Dip offers a protective solution to keep the original
paintwork of your car in mint condition, serving as a protective film that resists UV
rays from the sun to preserve the color of the paint. It also offers protection from
stone chips, snow and salt.
 Custom Colours: It is possible to mix colours, add pearl tints and metallic flakes.
With Plasti Dip, you can be as creative as you like using bespoke finishes to achieve
an individual look.
 Clean finish: Unlike vinyl, with Plasti Dip there are no air bubbles, cut lines, cracks
or discolouration.
 Easy Removal: Removal of Plasti Dip is as easy as pealing it off with your fingers,no
residue or glue is left behind after remove, unlike vinyl.The only thing to be mindful of
is when amateurs use Plasti Dip, it can look cheap and of poor quality.

As PigmentoPaintish, our uniqueness of service is that, we provide paint that is applicable on
the existing paint surface and it can be removed like sticker at any time. So the user can apply
this paint on their vehicle several times and can apply different color, graphics as they want.

The Pigmento paintish is one of the companies in the service oriented hub of the Business.
There are 40 peoples included. 20 people in Dhaka and 20 people in Chittagong. The business
has appointed to a Manager. Manager overlook the company affairs. Manager is an energetic
person who strongly believes that people should perform to their optimum potential, both to
achieve personal goals and meet organizational objectives.
Manager has appointed manager inspector who performed his duty carefully. Accountant has
appointed under of Manager Inspector. Accountant has performed his duty honestly. Marketing
manager and quality control manager has appointed under the Accountant officer. Marketing
Manager has performed his duty with strongly. Quality Control Manager has built up good
relationship with upper and lower level of employees and transfer necessary information to
employees. Quality Control Manager has appointed Designers to develop the design quality
and new innovative ability of employees.
Designer has appointed to Paint Man and Polish Man to perform their work. Paint and Polish
Man are the lower level of employees in this organization. They have performed their duty by
finishing their service.

3.1 Location Analysis
Location analysis is very important for stating a business. Because client’s choice is affected
by location and availability of service. The location for ‘Pigmento Paintish’ is selected inside
Dhaka and Chittagong city. We have researched a lot and finally we have found the perfect
location for our business. We have selected Uttara sector 3 for our first service station and
Agrabad, Chittagong for our second service station.
We have rented 10000 square feet of service space in Uttara in Dhaka and 15000 square feet
space in Agrabad, Chittagong.
The main reason for selecting these are here people own more vehicle and are willing to
decorate their car than any other place in our country. So selecting these locations will help us
to get proper customers attention towards our service. After 5 years we have a plan to expand
our service to different divisions of our country. By selecting these locations, we are expecting
to have at least 25 paint projects and up to 100 car wash in a month. Thus will help us to
grow our business and expand our facilities along with loan recovery.

3.4 Our Service Additions
We will offer some additional service for our customer. As plasti dip paint is removable. So
traditional car wash cannot wash these types of cars. So we will provide car wash service
additionally along with our paint service. This will help us to maintain long time connection
with our existing customers. Additionally, we will provide cosmetic modification to cars that
will change the look of the car. We will also repair badly damaged car body, due to accident.

3.5 Painters and Artists
We will appoint about twenty painters and graphics artists for our business. For this reason, we
will need Real car painter and graphic artist who will firstly Trained to achieve perfection for
plasti dip paint process and later work on project cars.

3.6 Service Application Process
In this guide, you will learn a step-by-step process to add a different look to your car and car
accessories using plasti dip. Plasti dip is a substance utilized for wheels and cars to protect their
original surfaces during the winter season. Plasti dip is a high quality product that is resistant
to sun fading, winter ice, cold, and salt. It is also a durable yet removable substance that will
peel off after a long period of time. Most importantly, anyone can use this product to display a
clean and matte look for his or her car while completely remaining free of harm.
i. Preparing the paint booth area. Find an area that is large enough to house the car and
is extremely ventilated. A good suggested area would be an open garage, but if that is
not possible, outside under the shade is a good area. Avoid direct sunlight.

ii. Gather materials. Gathering the materials needed listed in the Things we’ll need
section.
iii. Properly Wash and Clean the surface: Before applying any type of plasti dip to the
car, it must be clean. The plasti dip is an overlay so it will form a separate layer on top
of any surface as well as dirt, raised surfaces, or bird poop found on the car. In other
words, you want a clean surface to work with.

iv. Surface MUST be dry. After cleaning the area, dry it with a cloth of your choice.
Personally I use Meguiar's Water Magnet Drying Towel, but you can use any terry
towel. Avoid using shirts with designs or logos and paper towels. These will create
scratches.
v. Prepare the area. Although plasti dip is already easy to remove, you would want to
prepare the area. Preparing the area you wish to apply the plasti dip reduces the hassle
of removing the over spray later. Using painters tape and newspapers, cover windows
and any designated area that you do not want to get plasti dip on.

vi. Shake the can. As with any spray-on material, it will need vigorous shaking. Shake
the can for 1 minute.
vii. Paint in sections: Painting in sections will allow for the fastest time (6-8hours) through
this process. For example, add a first layer to the hood, while the hood is drying add a
first layer to the roof, etc. You do not need to start on the hood. You may start wherever
you like. - important note! do not touch Plasti dip on car at any point in time during the
process as to avoid any mis-painted spots. Plasti dip is safe to touch after curing. It is
recommended to wear a mask and eye protection.

3.7 Quality Control
Plasti Dip Paint finishes on car bodies must fulfil a range of criteria. Not only should they
provide sufficient corrosion protection (therefore requiring at least a minimum thickness) while
simultaneously containing costs (minimum material waste), the color and texture must also be
even and homogeneous. To check all these criteria systematically, test measurements should
alwaysbe taken at the same spots, in the same way, regardless of who is currently executing
the inspection.

4.1 Current scenario in Bangladesh
Bangladeshi people are very interested about custom car painting and graphics. But the current
market situation says that people cannot afford a whole car paint process because of higher cost
and time. Commercial vehicle owners, such as business class coaches, covered van, trucks are
very keen to put their brand name on their car. So they always look for cheaper alternative to
car paint. Thus plasti dip has a greater demand in our country.

an overview of the organization that will lead to a better understanding of the factors that will
influence its future.

technology in outer looks of car.

ii. The first timers: This is the group that is usually buying a car or bike for the first time
and is keen to paint on some point of vehicles. The discretionary income of this group
is high and increases at the time of a bonus or a raise. This is a group that is willing to
spend and is open to new ideas and technology in different looks of car or bike.
iii. The builders: This group usually is between the ages of 40-50. This group consists of
people who already have one car and are planning to buy a second. Whether for use or
for hire. It has already been established that 58% of the target group owns a car and
even if a tenth of the group plans to buy a covered van or bus to create a business. This
type of business is less in numbers but makes up for it in terms of the volume of
business.
iv. The moneyed middles: The group falls in the age of 50-60 and this is a group that is
retired or is going to retire. This group is going through a phase in life in which it is
planning for its post retirement life and hence are willing to spend their money on their
car to transform it into a high professional design so that it can gives a proper making
for the rest of their lives.
v. The trendsetters: This group consists of females with memberships to exclusive clubs
and organizations and includes woman who are very active on the social scene. This
group consists of women between the ages 31-60 years. Most of these women are
married and are working or have spouse who are either professionals or in their own
business.
 Target Market:
The new variations will expand the Plasti-Dip into some new markets where it will have
virtually no competition, meeting a relatively new need for consumers.The target market for
our product will be essentially the same as that of original Plasti-Dip: owners of vehicles who
prefer to do their own maintenance at home. We can also utilize Plasti-Dip’s current
distribution channels, being sold in home improvement and automobile parts stores paint
colors. After developing our new variation of Plasti-Dip, there will once again be virtually no
competitors. We are continuing with the creation of an Original Equipment (OE) vehicle
colored Plasti-Dip. For this, we decided to employ undifferentiated segmentation; our target
market would be onlythose individuals who own road vehicles and do their own vehicle
maintenance. Since the product will be designed almost solely for use on vehicles this narrows
our market down, while still leaving it large enough for new possibilities and customers to
arise. We decided to segment the market like this rather than by age, gender or any of the other
common variables mainly because car owners run throughout every typical segment, except
for children 16 and under. For these reasons our target market is primarily derived from
behavioristic variables.

somewhere to be done instead. Our product eliminates thisdilemma completely, by making it
essentially a point and shoot can that masks the rustier bare metal spot on your vehicle without
any preparation. When it comes to car people nothing will beat a professional touch up, but the
majority of vehicle owners will choose the most affordable option, and people who know the

4.3 Marketing Mix Analysis
The 4ps:"Marketing mix" is a general phrase used to describe the different kinds of choices
organizations have to make in the whole process of bringing a product or service to market.
The 4Ps is one way probably the best known way of defining the marketing mix, and was first
expressed in 1960 by E J McCarthy.

I. Product: As we are not producing any product, our service will be considered as our
product. This is not only including our specific use of product but olso total service

    9 Introduction Bangladesh is adeveloping country with huge natural resources. Unlike others the present economic situation of our country is not so good enough as it can be. It is mainly for our political and economic imbalance. In Bangladesh people are not interested to work with new business ideas. Here people always follow the traditional line up of business which is very common. Through Dhaka City College Intra Department Business Plan Competition we are presenting a unique business plan which we think may be able to change our opinion about business and develop our creativity. Plasti Dip is a flexible, rubberized and protective coating that has recently been developed and manufactured. It has a wide variety uses in auto repairs to serve as a coating for tools and parts. If you want to change the color of your car, you usually need deep pockets. But here the cost to repaint your car or restore the paint is cheaper, easy to apply, and more accessible for the DIY crowd. When you're done with the dip or want to change colors, you peel it off. You can change the color of your car every season for less than the price of a single paint job. Methodology Our course instructor has guided us to do a business plan study on removable Car Paint Service known as palsti dip. The concepts and definitions have been taken using qualitative method of data collection. We have used E-Books, articles, internet search result and journals for our analysis. Before using data, we have investigated that if the data are suitable, adequate, & reliable or not. We have used both primary and secondary data from following sources.  Other official reports.  Designing a questionnaire.  Research published at online.  Consulting with experienced people.  Through Online journals.  Through Statistical data. To prepare this project and printing we have also used Ms Office word 2007, Ms Power point, Open office, Adobe Photoshop as software. Limitations At the time of preparing the report we faced a lot of limitations. People’s choice is changing with time and now people want to paint their vehicles using plasti-dip. But unfortunately many painting corporations use plasti-dip spray, interior trim and materials which is being imported. But we believe that we can also design & color with powder coating rear Valence with our nearby things which are available and lower in price. The current situation of plasti-dip car painting sector in Bangladesh is really very hopeful. But there is a huge competition among the competitors. As a business we can get total support from banks and other monetary organizations. We can easily set up our business. There is a huge demand of painting car in our country. But some obstacles are still making issue such as: lack of governmental help, competition, budget of the clients and lack of promotion are the main obstacles. But considering all the odd facts, it is the most innovative and creative position of business. So it can be sure that anyone can take the challenge of this competitive service sector. The market can be measured with available materials supplier & leading competitors & time of using. i. Materials suppliers: Though we are using our own country materials the availability of our suppliers seems good. And we are sure that we will get our materials in a reasonable price. Probably not as good as the real thing, but its way cheaper and easy to remove and/or replace. ii. Leading competitors: To establish a business, every organization has to face competition with leading competitors. Now in Bangladesh every car painting sector is working with their unique ideas. So we will have to work with new concepts and ideas. We have to know what actually clients need and also their budget. If we get succeeded working with new ideas in a low price it can be sure that we will get total access over the market. iii. Time of using: Use it one time and you will be looking for "anything" to keep using it. Great for doing all your wheels for winter driving. Come spring, just find a little area and pull it off. Use it on the rear differential for that "different" look. Use it on your car, outside stuff, etc. They only make so many colours and then you can order a "kit" to mix and match your own colours. So the car owners should maintain their cars because Bangladeshi people can afford cars only at once or twice. So they need to repair, repaint their car to extend its useful life. On the other hand, commercial vehicle should need attractive paint work for their customer’s satisfaction. Now very few repair shops Offer paint service, and the concept we are working on, removable car paint job had never done before. Plasti-Dip is resistant to sun fading, winter ice, cold, and salt. It is also a durable yet removable substance that will peel off when we decide to pay for a real paint job. Car dip is a rubber based peelable paint designed specifically for the automotive industry. Avoid using shirts with designs or logos and paper towels. These will create scratches. v. Prepare the area. Although plasti dip is already easy to remove, you would want to prepare the area. Preparing the area you wish to apply the plasti dip reduces the hassle of removing the over spray later. Using painters tape and newspapers, cover windows and any designated area that you do not want to get plasti dip on.

    30 vi. Shake thecan. As with any spray-on material, it will need vigorous shaking. Shake the can for 1 minute. vii. Paint in sections: Painting in sections will allow for the fastest time (6-8hours) through this process. For example, add a first layer to the hood, while the hood is drying add a first layer to the roof, etc. You do not need to start on the hood. You may start wherever you like. - important note! do not touch Plasti dip on car at any point in time during the process as to avoid any mis-painted spots. Plasti dip is safe to touch after curing. It is recommended to wear a mask and eye protection.
