Third Party Lab ,Municipality Lab (QCC) & in Factory Lab.
 Supervise and perform Field density Test.
 Supervise and arrange the Proctor test for backfill soil at various sections.
 Performing of California Bearing Ratio for various materials in laboratory.
 Prepare records and all necessary documents as per project quality plan.
 Preparing of daily, quarterly and monthly reports of QA/QC for consultant.
 Performing of Plastic Limit, Liquid Limit and Plastic Index.
 Performing and supervision of Sieve Analysis (Grading) for all types of material used in
construction purposes.
 Testing of aggregates Specific Gravity and Water Absorption both for coarse aggregate
and fine Materials.
 Checking, Performing and supervision of Flakiness and Elongation Tests for
Aggregates.
 Performing all related tests to Concrete and Asphalt Mix Design.
 Performing and calculate the Sand Equivalent Test.
 Responsible for finding and doing the ACV test for aggregates.
 Regular sampling from site for Extraction, Bitumen content and also its Grading and from
Asphalt plant for making Marshall.
 Evaluation and calculation of Marshall properties, Gmm, Gmb, Gsa, Gsb,Gse,Voids in
Mix(VIM), Voids In Mineral Aggregates(VMA), Voids Filled with Bitumen(VFB).
 Handling and evaluation of Crushed face of Aggregates.
 Conducting Lab Trial Mix for Concrete & Asphalt Design.
