Then I check the register to make sure it is at the desired total, along with the cash and change box. After that, I maintain the stores appearance, work closely with customers, and advertise the store online. To finish the day, I recheck the register, along with the cash/changer box and close the store. (On my days, I am the only one assigned to work.)<br />6/2010-Present Vector Marketing Chattanooga TN<br />Salesperson<br />3 day training on the do’s and don’ts of selling a product<br />Description: The process would begin by booking appointments. Then I attend the appointments at the client’s home. I would recite the script to client (plus impromptu questions), to finish the appointment I would close the sale. At both the volunteer and mandatory weekly meetings I would log my sales and update the existing paperwork. <br />7/2009-11/2009 Courthouse Grill & Café  Ringgold GA <br />Waitress<br />Description: I would start by washing the dishes, and then I would check to see if any tables needed to be cleaned or if the floor needed to be swept. When a customer would come in, I would take their orders, and take it to the chef. When the food was prepared, I would take it to the customer. Then check on them occasionally to see if they needed anything. When the customer was finished, I would check them out at the register, then clean their area, and take the tip. At the end of the day, I would clean and put things away; checking to make sure everything is nice for the next person working.<br />High School Responsibilities: <br />Sophomore Class President<br />Description: I was the “go-to person” for all student business. I was in charge of the homecoming float; the fundraising chairperson. I was also involved with weekly student council leadership.<br />DECA Secretary<br />Description:   DECA    An association of marketing students<br /> I was the club’s secretary, and I was an attendee at the state leadership conference competing in the job interview process.<br />Interact Club Member<br />Description:  This was a volunteer club.
