Religious Scholar: Nayed is a former professor at
thePontificalInstituteforArabicandIslamicStudies
(Rome), a former professor at the International In-
stituteforIslamicThoughtandCivilization(ISTAC,
Malaysia) and a senior advisor to the Cambridge
Interfaith Program and the Faculty of Divinity in
