7. What is loop in programming?
A loop is a sequence of instruction s that is continually repeated until a certain
condition is reached Or A loop is a fundamental programming idea that is
commonly used in writing programs.
We need loops to repeat the same code a number of times. This number of
times could be specified to a certain number, or the number of times could be
dictated by a certain condition being met

Create a java program that print your name.
The program should do the following
 After printing your name the program will ask you do you want print the name
again?
 If the you answer yes. The name will be printing again
 If the you answer no. the program will print “Good Bye”
Note: do not forget that you will use one of java utilities
