Work Description
As a rolling engineer my main goal to achieve maximum production with lowest cost with consideration of
QC of universal standard and we have two branch the first one consider the technical side and the second call
management side so our role is to connect between them to achieve our goal.
Work Experiences
 Working in Egyptian steel factory Alexandria Plant Since 27/3/2015
- Work in Erection and Starting up for rolling line to produce and rebar.
- The rolling line contains 24 stands to produce size 5.5 MM wire rod, the line productivity 40
TPH and to produce rebar start from 16 MM.
Work Skills
- Billet preparation, reheat furnace operation.
- Know how to adjust reheat furnace (pressure-temperature).
- Know types of reheat furnace refractory (castable-bricks-fiber ceramics).
- Deal with furnace automation.

2. - Mill operation, adjusting speeds, loops, tension between stands.
- Loop control & minimum tension control.
- Know How to deal with cobbles for all mills.
- Know How to adjusting final product size, quality, unit weigh.
- Deal with Guides of mill line.
