This is the one we made.

1. Kufteh<br />Ingredients<br />2 teaspoons cumin<br />I kg mince<br />I grated onion<br />Egg<br />1 cup Breadcrumbs<br />Bunch of finely chopped parsley<br /> Salt to taste<br />Mix all ingredients and then knead together by hand until the mixture is very well mixed and the beef seems more finely minced. Shape into small patties. Barbecue. Serve with rice, salad and the yoghurt side dish below.<br />Side Dish<br />Mix the following together and serve with the cooked kufteh.<br />Yoghurt<br />Dill<br />Crushed Garlic (optional)<br />Pepper<br />Salt<br />lemon<br />
