If you want to you can change colour in the left corner press colour schemes, click it then choose.<br /> <br />7. You can change the font by clicking font on the left page.<br />8. Put information in the boxes. <br />9. Once you have done click file, save as, and save it in a file. <br />And that’s how you make a newsletter on Microsoft publisher.<br />
