➤ I visited the Undressed(A
brief history of underwear )
exhibition on Wednesday 7th
September 2016.I decided to
visit this exhibition in
particular as I felt I could gain
a lot of inspiration from the
structure and attachment of
the garments produced.I was
drawn to the corsets in
particular as i admired the way
they hugged the natural
curves on a woman body.

5. ➤ The diamonds on this corset were amazing ! This was my favourite corset :)

6. ➤ I really liked this paper corset because it stood out from the
rest , in my opinion created the best structure for a corset.

8. ➤ I had done a few rough sketches, these were my three best

9. ENGINEERING THE WORLD
OVE ARUP AND THE PHILOSOPHY OF TOTAL DESIGN

11. ➤ I also visited the Engineering the world exhibition on the
same day at the V&A museum. As soon as I walked into this
exhibition , I was immediately inspired by the architecture
from of the exhibition itself. I really liked this as the structure
was quite strong and interesting to look at. Walking around
the exhibition , I feel I did not gain a great deal of inspiration
for my current project however if I was to look into
architechtual buildings , the images I had taken would be
good for future reference.Generally this exhibition was not
the usual type of exhibition I would go to and did not excite
me as much however, I am glad I had gone to it :)
