1. How did you integrate
technologies - software,
hardware, and online- in
this project?

2. Introduction
Integrating technologies refers to the process of combining multiple technologies or software
applications to work together seamlessly, in order to improve efficiency, productivity, and
functionality. Today I will go through all the technologies I used in my film and how I made it
better.

3. Hardware
- Storyboard
- Camera
- Tripod and Lights

4. Storyboard
I printed out the template of a storyboard and drew all my shots of film on it. I planned out my
project in a visual and organized way, making it easier to communicate my vision with others
(actors) and ensure that everything runs smoothly during production.

5. Sony a6500 Digital Camera
It is a high-end digital camera designed for professional and serious amateur photographers. The a6500 features a
24.2-megapixel APS-C sensor, which is smaller than a full-frame sensor but still produces high-quality content. It
delivered videos with low noise and fast processing speeds. It also features a 425-point autofocus system, which
allows for quick and accurate focusing, even in low-light conditions. There are a variety of other features and tools to
enhance the shooting experience, including a tilting touchscreen display, customizable buttons, and menus.

6. Tripod and Lights
It is made of lightweight aluminum and adjustable in height, allowing me to position the camera
at the desired height and angle. It features three legs that can be extended and locked into place
for stability and a central column that can be adjusted to fine-tune the height of the camera.
The great thing about a tripod is its portability. It can be folded up and easily carried in a backpack
or camera bag, making it ideal for me to easily shoot my film.
I had 2 small portable LED panels, which provided a portable and convenient way to add light to a
scene, typically producing a bright, even light that can be adjusted in intensity and color
temperature. They are usually battery-powered, making them easy to use in locations where
there is no access to electricity. So it was convenient for my shoot as I didn’t get interrupted by
the continuous need of charging it. Also, they are lightweight and compact, making them easy for
me to carry around in a camera bag.

8. WriterSolo
In the pre-production sector, I used WriterSolo for my screenplay. It is professional screenwriting
software that is used by every other content creator. It is easy and quick to use, my production
went smoothly with the help of this screenplay. It had features that determine the writing style of
a screenplay so it helped me so much when I was writing my story.

9. Adobe Premier Pro 2019
Adobe Premier 2019 is a professional editing software. It is widely used by filmmakers, video
editors, and content creators to edit and manipulate video footage for various purposes, such as
movies, TV shows, commercials, and social media content.

10. Explanation
Premier Pro gave me various editing techniques such as color correction, transitional effects,
visual effects, etc. It enhanced my film more through its color grading options and audio editing
system. It helped me to correct underexposed and overexposed areas of the video.

11. Photoshop
Premier Pro also offers integration with other Adobe apps, like Photoshop, in which I partially edited
my title. Photoshop is for image editing and compositing.

12. Explanation
There was a vast array of tools and features that allowed me to create and edit my title, including
layers, filters, brushes, masks, and more. With the help of Photoshop, I accomplished removing
blemishes from my title and adjusted colors and exposure.

14. Google Chrome
I was able to research the market media. I initiated all my research with the help of google
chrome. Like; Institution Research, Genre Research, Topic Research, Director Research, etc. It is an
easy and quick way of grasping knowledge about the industry.

15. WordPress
WordPress is a content management system that allows you to host and build websites. It
contains a template system that enabled me to customize my blog. It helps in creating and sharing
content easily.

16. I uploaded all my research and planning on word press. All the important process of my film is posted on word
press with better viewing option. The great thing is that I can customize my blog however I want. As my film’s name
is PINK, I resonated the color with my blog’s theme. I also inserted my logo to enhance the blog even more.
My foundation portfolio is also on word press, anyone can access it by the link to the blog.

17. Canva
Canva is an online graphic design platform that allows users to create a wide range of visual
content, such as social media graphics, presentations, posters, flyers, and more. It offered me a
range of templates and design elements such as fonts, stock photos, etc. I created my title “PINK”
through the help of Canva.

18. YouTube
YouTube is a video-sharing platform where users can upload, view, and share videos. YouTube also
offers a variety of features, including the ability to like and comment on videos, create playlists,
and save videos to watch later. I have used YouTube to upload my film, behind-the-scenes, and
other assignments.

19. Instagram
Instagram is a social media platform that allows users to share photos, videos, and other visual content with their followers. I created an
account, uploaded photos and videos, and shared them with my followers. This way they can like, comment, and share my posts which
helped me in reaching a mass audience. It gave me a platform where I can express my media content easily and quickly.

20. Vimeo
Vimeo is a video-sharing platform that allows users to upload, share, and watch high-quality
videos. Vimeo focuses on professional and artistic content and has become a popular platform for
independent filmmakers, artists, and musicians. I wanted my film to reach a mass audience across
all the streaming platforms including Vimeo because of this, my film is accessible to everyone.

21. Conclusion
All these software and hardware helped my content reach the standard of a film. It really shaped
my film into the idea that I have thought about all this time process. Without all these
technologies, my film would never accomplish the look it has today. All the planning and
execution were done by these technologies, which formed my content in a structural and
planned way.
