I had successfully led the turnaround of a large but faltering not-for-profit in Western Australia, had been appointed to the NDS national committee on open employment and was asked to share insights with the NDS national membership.
The brief was to help not-for-profit management and boards approach strategic thinking to address rapid changes and new opportunities in the disability space in Australia.
