2015-2016 Sys-Admin, Contact Center Dominicana (Call Center).
● Create agents ID users in vicidial dialer, providing them any required
permission or adjustment for making their job more efficient.
● Control and manage access key for Call center personnel, to guaranty the
integrity and security of the company with the right access of agents,
supervisors and staff members to locations where they have permission to
work or pass, and denied access to locations where they are not supposed to
go.
● Monitor and manage Anti-virus VIPRE, providing the security needed for the
workstation against Malware, Virus, Phishware, or any other unnecessary use
of the PC, but work related.
● Create and manage ACL in Squid Proxy Server based on CentOS, used for
granting access to the different campaigns particular websites, and denied the
access to websites that are not needed by the campaign, keeping control of
the bandwidth consumption.
2014-2015 Tech Support, Contact Center Dominicana (Call Center).
● Assist Agents with any issue related to their Workstation when it was needed,
making the work quickly as possible to guarantee the minimum downtime for
the agent and company.
● Provide maintenance to workstation periodically, updating the Antivirus,
cleaning cookies and no needed temp files to improve the performance of the
PC’s
