Responsible for planning, designing, up gradation, Installation, configuration and management of MobileIron MDM application. Attending meeting with Global Enterprise Mobility director and Transition & Delivery Manager along with stakeholders for any planning, and changing in Mobile infrastructure. Also involved in Project Transition and preparing SOPs, RACI Matrix, Project Documentation, Roles and Responsibilities for L2/L3 team, KPIs, Project reports and SOW for new client whenever required.
