I'd like to express my gratitude for ECN assistance when I called on 2.16.11.  Nancy Nelsonfils  (the Services Coordinator) quickly helped me with a certain scheduling issue I had with my IME.  The "solution" was found almost right away, with the same doctor (at a different location), much more familiar to me and convenient to get to - I used to work around that area.  I don't  drive (because of my condition) and there wouldn't be anyone to take me there on that particular day and time.  Nancy was very polite, not insistent at all (like many others I've met so far), knowledgeable and pleasant!
