 A tool to help you avoid making emotionally based decisions.
It's all about relationships, it's all about love and it starts with you!
 This tool is used to get you out of a bad place and back to feeling good and
loving who you are.
Knowing what to do is the easy part.
 This tool/message reminds you that difficult emotions like fear and frustration will
show up during the doing process/implementation rather than the data gathering
process.
Calmer leads to stronger.
 This tool/message is to remind you to pay attention to agitation in your thoughts
and body and take your "breathing breaks".

 A miserable memory is a motivation maintenance tool. Pain is a power tool!
The best questions lead to the best results.
 This is a tool for getting to the heart of the matter or the "real" problem(s).
Too high is just as harmful as too low.
 Rose colored glasses can be dangerous when they distort reality.

higher level or it might drop is you know less and perform or produce at a lower
