In Ecuador, one of the
most common ways to
measure the work
environment is with
annual or semi-
annual surveys.
It is stated that no
more than 10% of
Ecuadorian
companies apply
actions aimed at
generating a good
work environment.
“Promote a decent
and inclusive
employment that
guarantees stability
and harmony in labor
relatios.”
Has helped progress
on labor policies in

Relationship between internal communications
and internal relationships
Relationships are based on the
effective transmission of
information from one person
to another. This transmission
of information is
communication.
Communication is a vital
aspect in the labour
relationship, aimed at ensuring
that common understanding is
achieved in the pursuance of a
desired outcome
Labour relations as a tripartite
relationship has various core
players involved in the process,
namely employees, employers
and the state.
The parties to the employment
relationship should be
encouraged to communicate
and cooperate in resolving
differences in a sound labour
environment.
