Frescobol is typically a game played on the beach, a
pure expression of creativity and the spirit of the
Carioca (native of Rio de Janeiro).
In frescobol, who wins is who is able to deliver
excellent exchanges, a game where the opponent is
in fact a partner, who should seek to exalt the
athletic qualities of his or her partner; whom, as well,
should do everything possible to provide quick and
direct play, or perhaps short and "sweet", but in any
manner, easy to receive and respond to.

Mauro Ponzè
After working for about 10 years as a manager in a
major educational institution, achieving excellence
with Made in Italy (Group IED) and having
coordinated Start-up projects of subsidiaries in Italy,
Spain and Brazil, decided to capitalize on the
knowledge of the European entrepreneurial reality
and the Brazilian context, to develop projects and
useful experiences to unite these two worlds, in
order to get the best of what these realities have to
offer and exchange.
He has collaborated with the important realities of
Business & Advanced Design, and advised numerous
medium and large companies in the development of
new strategies of the internationalization processes
of commercial expansion and meetings.
Those who know him say he is persistent, like the
water that will reach the sea one way or another.

Elisenda Piñol Cruz
Professional with more than 14 years of experience in strategic and
international marketing along with international relations in diverse countries,
is valued for her pragmatism, firmness and determination.
Accustomed to working towards objectives, maturing organizational and
planning capabilities as she is positively evaluated for her ability to understand
and balance the needs of the customers and partners.
Her expertise in performing in different contexts, cultures and markets, as well

12. ASBEA - Brazilian Association of Architecture Firms
In the context of the Brazilian Architecture
Internationalization Project (named ‘Built by Brazil’) and

SMI - Sistema Moda Italia (Italian Fashion
System)
Sistema Moda Itália (SMI) is one of the largest
organizations in the world that promotes the textile
and clothing industry, which traditionally represents
one of the sectors of excellence of Made in Italy. It
aims for promoting the dissemination of know-how
and fostering synergies and collaborations nationally
and internationally.

Fashion Industry Market research report and strategic
plan to enter the Brazilian market.
Organization and coordination of a Trip Experience (+
Fashion Retail Strategic Seminar & Tour) in São Paulo
and commercial agendas.

14. The Rotoliana is one of the most prestigious Italian
companies and is a reference in the scenario of
contemporary design. The catalogue of Rotaliana
includes products and innovative solutions both by
the content as well as by the design of the
incorporated technology such as the Multipot or
Diva. Some of the products has been developed in
partnership with prestigious designers like Giovanni
Lauda, Dante Donegani, Andrea Branzi and Toyo Ito.
Colectivo Frescobol has developed some activities of
market research and benchmarking for Rotoliana in
order to identify strategic partners with whom it can
establish a partnership to transfer part of their
production activities in Brazil, as well as know-how

Imbonóra - Mediterranean Gourmet
Selection
Project Sponsorship was organized with the Institutional Sponsorship of the Italian Embassy in
Brazil and inserted in the official program of the Moment Italy Brazil (Momento Itália Brasil).
Imbonóra is a brand that gathers some of the
gastronomic companies of excellence in the region of
Sardinia (Italy).
Activities developed during 2011 & 2012
Event ‘Semana da Mesa’ 2011: Coletivo Frescobol
conducted a wine and food tasting program organized
at the Italy portion of the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of
Commerce's both during the ‘Semana da
Mesa’ (Gastronomy Event)
A gala dinner prepared by an Italian chef for the tasting
of a unique menu prepared with the products from
Sardinia.
Supplier - buyer matchmaking carried out by
presenting gourmet products promoted for the first
time in the Brazilian Market to the main importers.
Activities developed during 2013
Planning and coordinating the participation of a
selection of 15 Sardininan companies of excellence in
gastronomy in the SIAL fair in São Paulo, the main food
fair in Latin America.
Organization of individualized schedule for each of the
companies with leading importers and distributors of
Brazil.
16. Design for Companies &
Friends
:
Lagranja, Design for Companies & Friends is one
of the most prestigious studios of Interior and
Product Design based in Barcelona and Hong Kong.
During the more than 10 years of activities the
multidisciplinary collective has developed products
for companies like Foscarini, Pallucco, Metalarte,
Santa and Cole and signed projects for companies
such as Pans & Company, Benetton, Camper among
others, in addition to creating spaces for the City of
Barcelona, and Ministry of Culture (Italy). During
2010, we were called to conduct a benchmark study
and a preliminary analysis executed to identify the
strategic partners with whom an Alliance could be
established resulting in the opening of a subsidiary
of Lagranja in São Paulo.
17. Arqfebra - Fernando Brandão arquitetura +
design
Fernando Brandão architecture + design develops
projects in various areas, seeking a balance between
technology and aesthetics.
The architect won the competition in 2009 for the
development of the Brazil Pavilion at the Universal
Exhibition in Shanghai.
After this project, Fernando Brandão was invited to
participate in "De Tao Master Architects Studio" along
with 10 other prestigious international architects.
For the international expansion planning of the
architecture firm, the Colectivo Frescobol office
conducted the assessment of different skills, strengths
and weaknesses of the office and prepared a
preliminary proposal to assist the strategic evolution to
a new business model able to tackle new projects and
challenges.

18. Union of Educational Institutions of the State
of São Paulo

In collaboration with the Design Innovation of Milan,
Coletivo Frescobol, coordinated the realization of
the strategic plan for the implementation of a new
educational department of the university Uniesp of

Group
Sample Central, has introduced in Brazil the
innovative technique of "alternative marketing"
called tryvertising where consumers can experience
our products and services before purchasing,
paying with a precious currency to the businesses:
their opinions on the consumer experience.
With the aim of identifying new formats and
modalities for implementing this marketing
technique, CF was called to perform an analysis of
the interpretation of the experience of the users of
Sample Central, to reveal the most important
insights and identify the "insights" useful in
determining the strategic guidelines for the renewal
of the format of the available offerings to
advertisers.
Since the proposals developed, SC has profoundly
changed its business model, recently making viable
the project "amostraclick", and starting the
development of an innovative social network of
consumer opinions.

Multidisciplinary structure design, training and research, founded and directed
by Prof. Carmelo di Bartolo, creating a dedicated group, in which designers,
architects, engineers, economists and sociologists of consumption work in
teams with managers and directors of companies or public administration.
Fronteira - Brazil:
Conceived by Graphic Designer Rico Lins, Frontier is a space for
multidisciplinary co-creating, a place of cultural debates and design
experimentation .
Future Concept Lab - Italy-Brazil:
Founded by Italian sociologist Francesco Morace, FCL is a Strategic Consulting
and Research Institute that is distinguished in the international arena as one of
the most advanced centers of market research and in the development and
forecasting of consumption trends.
