mean post test knowledge scores and attitude
scores of unmarried young adults regarding
desirable sex behavior as evident from structured
knowledge questionnaire and attitude scale at 0.05

HO3- There will be no significant relationship
between mean post test knowledge scores and
attitude scores of unmarried young adults as
measured by structured knowledge questionnaire
and attitude scale at 0.05 level of significance.

10. Cont..
The finding given in table no 11 shows the Co-efficient of
correlation between knowledge and attitude scores of
unmarried young adults regarding desirable sex behavior.
The computed’r’value (0.99) indicate that there was high
positive significant correlation between post test knowledge
and post test attitude scores at 0.01 level.
They show that guidelines were effective in enhancing the
knowledge as well as developing positive attitude toward
desirable sex behavior for unmarried young adults.
Therefore null hypothesis HO3 was rejected and research
hypothesis H3 was accepted.
Hence it can be concluded that “guidelines for unmarried
young adults regarding Desirable sex behavior” were found
to be useful for developing desirable sex behavior.
