Myself
Hello my name is Maritza Revelo I think that, I am very sociable because I like to
have many friends around to me. I am generous because I love to help people and
this way to be able to contribute in something to the society. I am very cheerful but
there is always somebody that makes me change temperament.
I am something very nice and affectionate with people that treat me well. I am
quite friendly and I like hang out with my family and friends and to enjoy each
moment of my life. I am crazy about soap opera and the romantic movies. I am a bit
immature because I still act like a girl. My mother and some friends believe that I
am moody because I am fine and suddenly I am bad temperament or change my
mind.
Now I will describe my sister’s personality
She is Yoselin. She is very sociable because she has a lot of friends. She likes to
spend time especially with their friends when she has free time. She is very
intelligent because when they ask him something she answers very well. She is
very cheerful and funny because she always makes us laugh. There are occasions
when she is boring but not for a lot of time. Something she is really stubborn,
because is difficult to make her to change opinion.
She also loves watching romantic movies. I am sure that she is very immature
because she is still 13 years old.

My name is Maritza
My favorite pastime is listening to music, hang out with my friends and enjoy the
nature doing recreational and sporting activities. I also like traveling and meeting
different and wonderful places that offering our province and Ecuador.
In my free time I spend with my family and friends because they are the most
important thing in my life.
When I have holidays I like to travel and see new places and that helps me in my
professional life.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES IN THE SCHOLARSHIP
Advantages
For many students is one of the best experiences of their lives, although not
all advantages.
Get a scholarship means for many first-time independent living abroad for a
year.
Get a scholarship is associated with freedom of the student, with new
experiences and make friends that can be forever.
For a student this kind of stay abroad is a very important incentive, an
enriching experience both personally and academically, as many
companies’ value students have been studying abroad and have more than
one language.
Also, personally, helps young people to mature, forcing them to take
responsibility for household chores, monthly spending or bureaucratic
issues.
Disadvantages
The students must apply and study even more, trying to overcome the
language barrier and accustomed to living away from family, friends and
even their partners.
It is likely that travel through the culture shock living on two occasions:
When entering a new country and welcomes you when you return home.
The experience of cultural change can be shocking and strong, however, is
easier to handle this issue for some people than others.
Take into consideration that there may be difficulties you have faced in the
learning process, since they may not get used to your surroundings,
especially if it's a different language you speak, and you cannot understand
all that you explain.
If you are at your university linked to certain activities, such as sports clubs
or organizations-political, study abroad can be a hindrance to your

MY IDEAL TRIP
My ideal trip would be a one-year trip around the world. That's my biggest dream,
because I'm also interested in traveling and seeing different parts of the world and
its culture and its people.
But for now my ideal trip would know part of France and Paris because they are
said to be romantic cities, Paris is the capital of France and is considered one of the
most important cities in the world. With its romantic air, has established itself as
the ultimate destination for couples. From the point of view eminently touristic
also among one of the most visited cities on the planet.
First I love to travel with my family because they are the most important thing in
my life, and in the future if I were to marry my honey moon would be in these
cities.

IN THE FUTURE
I will not be it her stream in my house in college because I will be making
preparations for my trip also I'm going to shop for the day Wednesday and

As students work in teams teaches us to
recognize different points of view, enrich
our thinking and judgment about different
issues and different solutions according to
the theme or problem to be treated within

Teamwork has a goal to achieve and

workers of the same will be convinced that this is the best way to go. The added
value and wealth that distinguishes one group from another come from the
diversity of what each member contributes and the communication they use.
One of the advantages is the diversity of information, apart from providing various
elements; the groups have heterogeneous decision-making process. This gives us
the opportunity to have more approaches and to have more alternatives.
Modern society appreciates democratic methods. The process of group decision
making is in line with democratic ideals and, therefore, is considered more
legitimate than decisions made by one person. When you take them does not
consult others before reaching a determination, the fact that it has absolute power
may give the impression that the decision is autocratic and arbitrary.
One of the disadvantages to working in groups is that it takes time to gather a
group interaction that takes place after the group meeting is sometimes inefficient.
As a result the groups take longer to reach a solution that if an individual drank it.
This may reduce the ability of management to intervene immediately with decisive
action when needed.
In conclusion when working together can achieve many more successes than
working individually, and especially as students in tourism and that we will need
each other well, the more people are united by a common cause, the result will be
more significant. Sometimes you may submit discord between views, but if a team
player, these obstacles can be overcome resulting in a final idea that unifies all the
views and thereby reaching a result that can enrich increasingly.

Ecuadorian food
IN Ecuador you can find a big variety and exquisite food, from the CEVICHES from
the Coast until the delicious
Chugchucara in the Sierra.
In our mega diverse country, that

products and there are a variety of
fauna and maritime life that are
used in the Ecuadorian cooking.

diversity of its territory has determined a wide variety of typical and traditional
dishes.
The food in the coast is the long and beautiful beaches near the Pacific Ocean, is a
green paradise with big extensions of bananoes plantation, cocoa, coffee and the
generous sea food.
The food in the Amazon region is based in the products from the zone, the hunting
and the fishing.
Nutritive food and exquisite meet from the “sahino”, “guanta”, “guatuso”, pork,
monkey, crocodile, fish and the river tortoises going with the traditional “chichi de
yucca”.
In conclusion Ecuadorian food is exquisite and meets all national and foreign
palates for their seasoning and the variety of dishes offered in all regions.
