2. INTRODUCTION
Innovation can simply defined as a new idea creative thoughts, new
imaginations in form of devise or method. However innovation is often also
viewed as the application of better solutions that meet new requirements,
unarticulated needs, orexisting market needs. Theterm innovation can bedefined
as something original and more effective and as a consequence new that breaks
into the society. Innovation is related to but not the same as the invention.
Happypeople are mostinnovative and productive. Creativity may be defined
as the ability or capacity of a person to discover and explore new areas to create
a new process,including the re-arrangement orre-shaping of what already exists.
Creativity to the artist is the ability to explore and discover dynamic methods of
teaching learning.
A puzzle is a game, problem or toy that tests a person’s ingenuity or
knowledge. In a puzzle, the solver is expected to put pieces together in a logical
way, in order to arrive at the correct or fun solution of the puzzle. Puzzles are
often created to be a form of entertainment but they can also arise from serious
mathematical or logistical problems. In such cases, their solution may be a
significant contribution to mathematical research.
3. OBJECTIVES
To increase students cognitive skill of the students.
To increase the emotional skill of the students.
It helps to increase the memory level of the students.
To acquire knowledge about the integers.
To help students to recall and remember integers.
To increase student interest in mathematics.
4. APPLICATION
This puzzle is applicable for all the students from seven standard onwards.
Integers is the setof numbers containing whole numbers and their opposites.
In the number line, positive integers are located at the right side of zero, while the
negative integers are located at the left side of zero.
A negative integer is an integer that is less than zero. In the number line,
these integers are located at left side of zero. Negative integers are the opposite
of positive integers. Even though both integers have the same number, they have
different signs.
5. PROCEDURE
Materials required
Thick chart paper
Thin two chart paper
Glue
Scissors
First we have stick the thick chart with the thin two charts.
Next draw the triangles on the chart paper.
Cut the triangles with the help of the scissors.
Cover the edge of the triangle with the paper.
Write on the triangles the puzzles questions and answers.
6. CONCLUSION
Innovative work help the teachers to get more ideas. They increase
their creativity. Students thinking capacity will increase and they will get
more interested in the subject. They will increase their critical thinking and
logical thinking.
