This document discusses four main topics: 1) PODs For People, which aims to provide sustainable resources like energy, food, shelter and education to people in crisis situations through appropriate technology. 2) Generalized Quantum Relativity, a proposed refinement of physics theories that models the emergence of matter from quantum fluctuations. 3) Supporting children and families in need, particularly helping rescue Malala Yousafzai from the Taliban in Pakistan. 4) Honoring four pioneering women scientists - Lisa Meitner, Mika Yamamoto, Emmy Noether and Marie Curie - who overcame obstacles and encouraged pursuing one's talents despite challenges.

1. The "TETRAD" that makes up my life, my activity, my work, my goals, professional and personal. Enjoy
and appreciate the Meaning in each quadrant and each image and each person.
Now, I think many of you can figure things out, esp. when you are looking at the whole image.
Let's move clockwise from the lower right.

{I} "PODs For People" (PFP) is all about bringing sustainable microeconomics through appropriate,
practical, economical, synergetic, symbiotic use of science and technology for individuals, families and
communities, providing Energy, Food, Shelter, Water, Communications, Education, Fab-Lab, and Security
functions and operations to people in either emergency/disaster or chronic-crisis situations. Think:
Fukushima Prefecture in Japan (even still, today), Kenya, Congo, Syrian-Turkish border refugee camps,
Haiti (still), and many other places including in the USA, now and in the indeterminate uncertain future.

{II} Generalized Quantum Relativity (GQR), or, "Einheitliche Invariente Theorie" (EIT - Unified Invariance
Theory) is about a refinement in the underlying physics and mathematics within quantum theory and
relativity theory that presents a model of a non-absolute space-time consisting of an underlying,

2. fundamental, uniform constancy of energy-momenta "points" that yield a process-based model of the
emergence of coherent interacting quantum solitonic action in space-time, resulting in an emergence of
so-called matter (particles, massless and with mass, so-called matter and dark matter) from the
"pleroma" of the quantum vacuum flux, the so-called "dark energy", and with general relativistic order
maintained, and with electromagnetism, the strong and the weak forces emerging directly from gravity
that is fundamental at the quantum, mesoscopic and macroscopic (including cosmological) scales.
Whew. That was a mind-full. Wait for the first of a series of short papers in hopefully a few months now.
Gestation has been in progress for many years and now is drawing towards the proverbial "due date" -
unfortunately it has been a much longer pregnancy than 9 months or even, by cetacean or elephantine
standards, upwards of 16-22 months!

{III} THE CHILDREN AND THE FAMILIES for which PODs For People and all connected therewith are
Directly Connected and Serving
That there are examples here from Afghanistan, Congo, Japan and Syria is not to limit our attention to
just those places, but those are where are some of the biggest needs and the biggest potentials and
prospects for Action and results Today.
Please add to this list one more specific name, Malala Yousafzai, a young Pakistani girl (age 14) whom
we want to rescue (her and her family) before she is finally killed by the Taliban, after being shot and
almost killed today and is in hospital. It seems that she will be evacuated out of PK to a better hospital
and for safety, but there are Tens of Thousands of Other Girls (esp.) who are being prevented from
education, and who are imprisoned, tortured, raped, killed, by the Taliban and others just because they
want a plain, simple, wholesome Life and a chance to Learn.
So, we are asking for your activity, support, financial and in all other forms and ways, for PFP (PODs For
People) and this can be done through several key, established, unified organizations including
ChurchWorldServices, CathCharities, ChildrenInc, and this does not need to be "driven" by ECOADUNA -
we are just The Plan and Tech Provider.
Note that to the right, on top, is a picture of a modern, high-tech, advanced Hydroponic Vegetable Plant.
This figures into PODs For People and into Microeconomics and Education and the future lives of those
and other Children - to have them living, healthy, working (even as children, voluntarily and as part of
their education), instead of carrying AK-47s at age 9 or being sex-slaves by age 11. THINK about it and
ACT and HELP Us Today.

{IV} and finally, in the Upper Right Quadrant,
you will see the pictures of Four Very Special Women.
They are here for a number of reasons.
Do you know their names? I hope you will remember them well and always.
(Clockwise, from the upper left of the four) - Lisa Meitner, then Mika Yamamoto ( 香美 本山 , Yamamoto
Mika), then Emmy Noether, then Marie Curie.
Here are the reasons for these four:
1. Lisa - brilliant genius physicist, principal discoverer of nuclear fission, totally pushed around, stepped
on, ignored, cast to the side, and mistreated because she was a woman, young, and Jewish. (Actually
looks a lot like some pics of my paternal grandmother, too!)

3. There are many girls and women in the same situation as her, and with great capabilities, and still being
pushed down and to the side and not given a chance. Like that girl Malala in Pakistan, for instance, or
perhaps someone eking out a survival @ Fukushima or now in some refugee camp.
2. Mika - brilliant and courageous, fearless journalist, totally after the truth, after Accuracy, living a life
of honor, commitment, integrity. Murdered on her first day of reporting in Aleppo, Syria, by one or both
sides of either Assad's thugs or some rogue rebels and terrorists. She is the "final catalyst" for

3. Emmy - another super-brilliant genius mathematician and theoretician, whose work paved the way
for much of the foundations and further developments of quantum physics and relativity, and in many
applied fields of science and technology. Again, someone repressed for being female and intelligent and
Jewish and driven by her calling and her genius.
4. Marie Curie - perhaps a bit more well-known - also a genius in physics, and a pioneer in experimental
research in many fundamental areas concerning radioactivity and nuclear physics and chemistry. A
relentless explorer and researcher, she is credited with the discovery of Polonium and Radium.
WHAT WE NEED is to encourage more people, and yes, boys and men as well, to Never Give Up, and to
Persist and endure, in lighting and sustaining the flames of their Geniuses Within. We all can help and do
our part. This means work, self-sacrifice, giving, helping, taking risks, standing up and not caving in and
giving in to pressures of the "herd" and the weak-minded who thrive by fomenting fear, anxiety,
discontent, disunity, prejudice and hate. This means working together, not apart, not being divisive and
not being snobbish, but doing everything we can to help anyone who is serious, honorable, sincere, and
willing to Do the Work, that we may all gain in the process.
Oh, and just "FYI" - I picked those four also for another and very personal reason. As some of you know, I
really want to be at this point and henceforth in my personal life in a really strong, intelligent,
committed, balanced, communicative, loving relationship with a woman who will in due course
hopefully be my wife and I her husband. Unlike what many men might do (post pictures of models and
actresses), I have posted here a collage of four very ideal women. They are all beautiful, and certainly
intelligent, strong, honorable, courageous, noble. And with my theoretical physics, I really need help
from someone like a Lisa M or Emmy N ! God knows, I am at my limit with the necessary-breakthrough
maths I need to pull together. I may be smart but not that smart that I can go way beyond too many
limits and confines. Well, "almost ditto" when it comes to everything about getting ECOADUNA, the
Institute for Innovative Study (IIS), ESEP (the POD-based business-incubator park) and TetraDyn, and the
focal Project of Projects, PODs For People, into full gear and into fruition.
It all needs a woman's touch, I think, in more ways than one. So if any of you feel like you Are like any of
those four, or you happen to known someone whom you think Is like any of those four, I'd sure
appreciate the introduction.
