interview-style 1
hour session I find
out everything I
need to know
about you & your
business
PHASE 2
CHEMISTRY
In this session I will ask you lot’s of questions
about you, your business, your business
ambitions, your personal goals and what’s might
keeping you back at this point.
I call this a chemistry session, as we will both
determine if I’m the right person to support you
with your business goals and ambitions.
After this session you decide whether we
progress to phase 3

3. Based on all the
information from
step 1 and our first
session together I
provide you with
detailed feedback,
and how we move
forward together.
PHASE 3
GOING FWD
In this one-hour session (more or less) we take a
deep dive into your needs and discuss what I can
do to support you best. I will share the first
version of a strategic framework, timeline and
clear KPI’s for our work together.
In this ‘Feedback & Going Forward session we
also decide where and how often we physically
meet and what our preferred way of
communication is throughout the process.
At the end of this hour together you receive my
estimation of hours and total budget needed for
our collaboration.
