You are invited to participate in the Analyte Health
Advisory committee.
We respect your time and opinion and will make
sure the projects are organized and fun. Oh yes,
this is based on the assumption you have fun
expressing yourself ;-)
We will give you AMEX and Amazon gift cards in
exchange for your time and input.

3. Overview
We are building an advisory board to
help us improve our products and give
us insight into what our current and
future customers like and dislike.
In our mission to create a user-centric
company, we need to find passionate
and articulate advisors who have 15 -
30 minutes a week to complete some
surveys and answer questions over
the phone, web, and in person.
Our goal is to eliminate assumptions
we have about what you - our valued
customers - want in sexual health
related products.

4. Confidentiality
Each usability project you are sent will
remind you of the confidential
material.
It’s important that we keep the
content and features you are
reviewing private and confidential.
This is for your eyes only and is not to
be discussed or distributed with
others outside the AHAB.

5. How We Test
As promised, we will make this easy.
There are mainly surveys and phone
interviews.
If you live near San Francisco, you
may be invited to come to our office
for an hour or two. These do pay
much better since you make the trip.

6. Will It Float?
This is our goal. We want to see if
ideas and prototypes will float with
you.
If the collective Analyte Health
Advisory committee thinks the project
will float, then we will take the project
to the next level.
If there is a negative reaction or
confusion then we know it's going
to sink and either plug the holes or
start again.

7. What We Test
We need to test cool ideas we have
been working on - well, we think they
are cool.
We like what you like.
You will be the first to see these ideas
outside the company. Some of the
projects you will be invited to can be
including the following:
• Branding
• Design concepts
• Prototypes
• Application features
• Ad campaigns

8. Be Candid
Your unbiased opinion and candor is
what is important for this advisory roll.
Your insight is important to us and we
won’t take anything personally. The
only thing we expect is:
• Response within 48 hours
• Professional decorum
• Clarity in expressing your ideas
In short, don’t pull any punches!
If you hate it tell us and let us know
why you hate it. Conversely, if you
love it, we want to know why.

9. How to Opt-Out
You can opt-out of the Analyte Health
Advisory committee at any time. We
are thankful for your time and input.
Simply email us with a request to stop
receiving invitations and we will stop
sending you emails for your input.
You are also welcome to come back
anytime.

10. How It Works
1. We will send an email with
instructions.
2. Simply start the process.
3. After we get your written or
recorded response we will call and
follow up.
4. Let us know if you want a gift card
