dr= dryness of hand (1=damp, 5=dry), 4

• Acronyms (like technology people love)
• Latin (like doctors love)
• Company or bisnes specific slang
• You don’t want to your customer feel
stupid of not to understand you (same
thing)
And most important things
• People are not binary. Not
smart or dumb, good or bad.
• Everyone is better than you at
something.
• People are more similar than
they are different.
• Give a break
(Don’t judge people until you have walked a kilometer in their
shoes)
