1,5 dl suhkrut
3 tl kardemoni
1 tl soola
1 muna
umbes 13 dl jahu
1,5 dl margariini

Täidis:
0,5 dl margariini
1 dl suhkrut
4 tl kaneeli

Kate:
1 muna


Valmistusviis
1. Soojenda piim käesoojaks ning lisa pärm. Sega, kuni pärm on lahustunud. Lisa suhkur, sool,
kardemon ja muna. Sega läbi. Lisa vähehaaval jahu ning sulatatud margariin. Sõtku taigen valmis.
Jäta 30-40 minutiks räti alla kerkima.
2. Kui taigen kerkinud, jaga ta kaheks osaks. Rulli üks tükk umbes 0,5-1 cm paksuseks ristkülikuks
(kuskil 50x40 cm). Taignatükile määri sulatatud või pehme margariin, raputa peale suhkur ja
kaneel. Lisada võib ka rosinaid, mingeid muid väiksemaid kuivatatud puuvilju, isegi mustikaid või
vaarikaid.
Nüüd keera taignaplaat rulli ning lõika vastavalt soovile 3-4 cm laiused tükid (küpsetada tükid
küljeli keerates) või 5-6 cm laiused tükid (siis küpseta tükid püstiasendis)
3. Pane tükid ahjuplaadile (küpsetuspaberile, kui võimalik) ja lase rätiku all kerkida 10 minutit.
Enne ahju pistmist määrida õrnalt vahustatud kanamunaga üle, peale võib raputada ka raesuhkrut
või mõned mandlilaastud.
200°C juures ahju umbes 10 minutiks.

Soojenda piim käesoojaks ning lisa pärm. Sega, kuni pärm on lahustunud. Lisa suhkur, sool, kardemon ja muna. Sega läbi. Lisa vähehaaval jahu ning sulatatud margariin. Sõtku taigen valmis. Jäta 30-40 minutiks räti alla kerkima. 2. Kui taigen kerkinud, jaga ta kaheks osaks. Rulli üks tükk umbes 0,5-1 cm paksuseks ristkülikuks (kuskil 50x40 cm).
