otras que englobe todas las posibles puntos de Fallas de una Llamada tomando en cuenta
los KPI comunes en combinación de otros indicadores donde se puedan monitorear todos
los elementos (TRX’s , BTS, ABIS’s , Circuitos , Etc.)

• Availability - Recursos disponibles en servicio a nivel de TRX’s ,
BTS’s.
• Accessability - El performance de la celda expresado en
asignacion de recursos (TCH’s y SDCCH’s)
• Dropped Call Rate - El rate de Drop de la Celda
• Quality - La calidad de la red medido en la interfaz de aire
(Downlink and Uplink).
• Handover Failure Rate - la eficiencia de traspaso de llamadas en
la red.
