HP recognizes that diversity and inclusion are important to improving their products, services, and company as a whole. In 2017, HP made diversity and inclusion a priority across their organization. Their board of directors is the most diverse of any tech company in the US, with 30% underrepresented minorities, 40% women, and 50% total minorities. HP President and CEO Dion Weisler has also pledged HP's support for advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace as part of the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion.
