Mamtha Rajesh is a trained counsellor from Parivarthan and Banjara
Academy, two of Bangalore’s best known counselling training centres. She
has a rich experience of over 8 yrs in counselling which includes 4 years of
work experience with Helping Hand – a free counselling service. She has
handled issues like workplace stress, anger management, relationship
problems, empowering individuals to achieve work life balance and other
sensitive issues. She has got extensive training in varied issues relating to
human behaviour. She is currently offering her services at corporate

Having worked with an NGO and at companies allowed her to observe the
delicate fabric of coping skills and the tolerance thresholds of individuals.
Recognising the vast gap between the actual need for professional support
and what is available, gave birth to the idea of creating a single platform to
reach out and offer support to the working professional who stretches
him/herself to the limit to meet expectations and needs. As a first generation
entrepreneur, she founded Corporate Healthe to offer a bouquet of services
like workplace counselling, onsite consultations by doctor and dietician.
