Hospitals and ambulatory care facilities are scored based on their level of EMR adoption from Stage 0 through Stage 7. The implementation of EMR System is key to achieve the strategy; and, which shall afford instant access to patient records, improved standards of quality health care, better integrated workflow, minimal transcription errors, enhanced patient treatment and lower service cost.
