Managing how to communicate with your
investors is complicated; some people
prefer email communication, some hard
copies, and some secure data rooms.
Add to that the constituents involved
(consultants, advisors, service providers, etc.)
and communicating with everyone in the
manner they prefer becomes a challenge.
AIM tracks each individual’s correspondence
preferences for each delivery format and,
where possible, automatically distributes the
documents to each person in the manner
you prescribe.

AIM already knows about your investors’
commitments and their pro-rata owner-
ship, and can accordingly calculate alloca-
tions of capital calls and distributions for
you. But because those allocations aren’t
always straightforward and simple, AIM
allows you to edit those allocations from
right within your browser--no spreadsheets
required.

3. Using customized templates that are included in AIM or that
you create yourself, AIM creates a unique document addressed
specifically to each investor and their advisors. You can create
and store multiple templates, and when necessary, AIM can
even provide certain investors with slightly different templates to
comply with side letter agreements, for example.
AIM can also attach and send--in the same email--documents
that aren’t investor-specific like investment notices, schedules,
quarterly reports, financial statements, and spreadsheets. And just
to double check your work before you hit send, you can preview
each document that is going to each investor, who it’s going to,
and how they’ll receive it. Would you feel better if somebody else
checked it before you hit send? Just walk away and have your
